Nitrogen.ai (“Nitrogen.ai” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a software company focused on fueling data science by enabling users to leverage and monetize a vast array of data.  Our Nitrogen.ai Features Marketplace is a platform and service that makes it easy for data users to discover both internal and external features for use in their analyses and models.   As used in the privacy policy set forth herein (the “Privacy Policy”), the terms “you,” “your,” and “yours” refer to the viewer, account owner or subscriber of our website, the user of our applications or other individuals whose personal information may have been provided to us in connection with our lawful operation of our business.

We have designed our privacy and data protection policies and practices to earn and maintain your trust in us and ensure our ongoing compliance with applicable law. This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through use of Nitrogen.ai’s publicly accessible website (www.nitrogen.ai) or marketing activities. This Privacy Policy also describes Nitrogen.ai’s privacy practices in relation to the information collected from our subscribers and other users of our products and services and received by Nitrogen.ai when subscribers use our platform located at http://www.data.nitrogen.ai (the “Platform”). Furthermore, we and our subscribers may have entered into Data Subscription Agreements and Feature Offers that govern the provision of services by Nitrogen.ai and the use of the Platform by our subscribers (collectively, the “Agreement(s)”). Data Retention

We retain personal information we collect from you where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so (for example, to provide you with a service you have requested or to comply with applicable legal requirements).

Our site is intended for commercial purposes of business users.  We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of thirteen (13).
